Grand Raffle Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The raffle is open to all individuals.
Ticket Registration: To ensure you can be contacted if you win, you may scan the QR code on your ticket and complete the online registration form. The physical ticket stub is still required to claim any prize.
The Draw: The prize draw will take place at 6:00 PM on Saturday, 22 November 2025 at the main stage of the Ploenchit Fair. Winners will be selected at random from all tickets. Attendance at the draw is not required to win.
Prizes: Prizes are as advertised and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Winners are responsible for collecting their prizes. Any costs associated with the delivery or collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Notification: If you register, we will notify you using the contact details you provide within 7 days of the draw. Winners will also be announced on the official Ploenchit Fair website and social media channels. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, it will be considered forfeited and may be used for a future draw or fundraising purpose at the discretion of the organisers.
General Conditions: All decisions made by the Ploenchit Fair organising committee regarding the raffle are final. By entering this raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Ploenchit Fair organisers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
