BCTFN funded the installation of a clean water system in a remote village in Mae Hong Son province, ensuring access to safe drinking water for the entire community.

Good Shepherd Sisters, Chiang Rai
Our support enabled the renovation of a youth centre in the Phan district. The project provided a safe and nurturing home for 35–40 girls aged 10–18 and delivered 55 educational scholarships. Renovation work included roof repairs to a vocational training building and the construction of three additional rooms.

Good Shepherd Sisters, Bangkok
Under the guidance of Sister Louise at the Fatima Centre, BCTFN provided funds to purchase equipment and supplies for training abused and homeless women and children in life skills. Many beneficiaries go on to produce high-quality items sold in the Bangkok shop and exported internationally.

Good Shepherd Sisters, Nong Khai
BCTFN has supported a wide range of self-help initiatives in Nong Khai over many years. Projects include a successful fish farm (Hands of Hope), food production, the sale of drinking water, and the Garden of Friendship – a centre that houses a hospice, children’s home, and numerous community support programs. BCTFN also contributed to the urgent replacement of an electrical transformer and continued to support ongoing operations and expansion of these vital programs.

Rural Area Medical Aid Foundation (RAMA)
We supported regular outreach medical visits to remote communities by a dedicated team of volunteer doctors and nurses. Our contribution helped supply essential medicines and medical equipment.

Sarnelli House
Funded the renovation and equipping of an old house at this orphanage, enabling expanded accommodation and specialised care for severely disabled children and babies.
Funds to support the charity projects are all raised at the annual Ploenchit Fair thanks to the incredible community of volunteers and the generous sponsorship of numerous companies and organisations.
The fair is held in November and is a popular family day for the community that attracts at least 5,000 people. There are games, rides and other attractions for children, and a popular shopping area full of seasonal gifts and popular products, food and drink stands, and plenty of live entertainment.
